It's to do with the 1997 ASAYAN auditions.
At the first set of auditions at Fukuoka there were 4 winners throuigh to the final.  One of them was called Nakatomi Kazumi.  A month later ASAYAN did a special feature on her, then in the final there's only 11 finalists instead of 12 and Nakatomi is gone.  She was really good!  She should have been one of the winners!

I couldn't find any info on the Asayan site so I googled and found that page, I have no clue what page on that site links to it.

From my crappy babelfished translation I know that the page is saying she dropped out, but does it say why?  I don't want a full translation, I just wanna know the details of why she dropped out!

Thanks.  In the video someone mentioned something about her rythm, but in the clip of her singing her rythm seemed fine.  From what I saw she didn't need to respond to the challenge, she was already a good singer, better than the other 3 chosen with her.  Knowing the way Tsunku thinks, she was already a great singer, but she hadn't improved enough!  :lol:

What a shame, her singing was really good.

i think what tsunku meant is that when faced with a challenge she preferred to skip it rather than face it head on.

the stupid asshole broke in into a construction site, threatened the security guy with small knifes and steel pipes and warned him not to resist or he will be killed. He went on to beat up the guy, broke his nose tied him up and then after he made away with 12 spools of copper wires (or cables) worth 200K Yen.

he then proceeds to give a lame excuse of how he needed the money to pay for his apartment's rent and his family expenses for stealing the wires.

Does anyone know what the guy is saying at the beginning? fkldsajfdls;aj and 2nd phrase is 11WATER.

After that as the girls say 'Yeah!!!' what do they say after? Scratch it? Stretch it? something else?

I think it's "Strech kick" meaning the kind of move the girls are doing in the dance
