You know you've been an H!P fan too long when...
...you're feeling down and think about all kinds of miserable stuff, but only start crying when you realize you're never going to see Nacchi's smile in person. HAHAH!!
...you find people who don't know H!P boring or uninteresting and feel like you have nothing to talk about with them. :D
...you start taking Japanese classes and one of the biggest reasons for taking them is because you'd like to understand the H!P girls better. (Well, I'm only planning to take Japanese next autumn and have dreamt of it even pre-H!P fandom, but anyway...)
...And when basically everything you do has something to do with H!P, or at least you can think of a way how to attach H!P into it. (E.g. walking down a snowy street -> "hmm, Miki's new PB had great winter pictures <3 I wonder if it was as cold there as it is now here falala".)

Okay, I flew out to Japan and smelled several of the girls. Here's my report:
Yuuko - Strong perfume smell
Kei - Same as above, but garlic breath
Risa - Very soapy-scrubbed clean smell. She could be one of those girls rich people eat caviar off of at parties.
Rika - Expensive perfume, super nice hair and skin, but strong "female" smell
Nacchi - No smell at all. Feels very hot when close.
Reina - Doesn't like to bathe, but still doesn't smell that bad.
Sayumi - Cute and milky, but you can tell she doesn't wash her ass well.
Hitomi - Mediciney...down there, I mean.
Eri - Like girl-sweat.
Nono - Like stale bubble gum
Kago - Chalky breath. Skin has an indefinable smell, not bad though.
Konno - A bit sour.
Kaori - Like lavendar. Very slight underarm smell, but just enough to be sexy.
Takitty - Smells very good, like vanilla + oranges.
Yaguchi - Slight foot odor but otherwise smells great. Totally baby powder.
Makoto - Strange, she smells exactly like french fries.

When your ditching the last day of school to fly to japan, paying a large amount of money even though your a poor college student for only 4 days of japan most of which will be spent obtaining an exorbitantly over priced ticket so i can stand around for 2 hours watching 15 (incl country + biyuden) girls run around a stage......and i find it completely worth all of the money and effort, and the possible doing really bad in school cuz ill come back a few hours before my finals begin. Though i never really say it i can link almost anything my friends say to something hp.........

I remember last year... I woke up at ~4 a.m to see the results... =_= I was so dead that I could barely read the screen. =_=
And then, when my eyes cleared, I screamed "NOOOO" in my head, and went back to bed angry... lol.

- When you get into discussions on forums about the length and/or style of a particular girl's hair.
- When you drive to work each day listening to H!P music singing along like a girl (and you are a guy)...and you can not remember the last time you listened to radio in your car 'cause all you want to hear is your H!P CDs.
- When you keep getting more Hard Drives casue you are filling all of the available storage you have with any and every H!P multimedia file that you can find.

- When you go absolutely bonkers to find out that you have an item of clothing for example, that one of the H!P girls wore, or know someone that does.
- Just before going to bed you wonder what your favorite H!P girl/s is doing at the moment.
- Prepare little "speeches" on what to say to one of the girls if you ever bumped into them while in Japan, so that you don't stutter like an idiot.
