Seriously, the series with Matt Smith made me regret getting all the previous New Who on DVD T_T; Russell T. Davies started out great (he brought the show back, after all), but his style got old really fast, and... I don't know. I tired of it. Moffat's writing jus suits the show better.

I've seen the first episode of the newest series at least five times. Probably more. It's just that magical :heart: Should rewatch the entire thing before the Christmas special ^_____^!

It was good, I saw it earlier.

I wish I hadn't watched Top Of The Pops Christmas Special though, that a crapfest! That's an hour I won't get back!

Oh, and here's some sexy pics of Amy Pond.
Possibly NSFW. :lol:

Oh my god, the Christmas Special was amazing ;____;! I'm still completely in love with Moffat's writing.

It was just the right amount of Christmas-y, just the right amount of Doctor-y, and just the right amount of heartbreakingly sad ;___;

Such a beautiful episode, though. As in it was visually stunning. The colours, and the sets! *o* Will definitely watch this again, and can't wait to own it on blu ray 8]

Doctor Who actress Elisabeth Sladen has died following a battle with cancer. She was 63.

The Liverpool-born star, who played the Doctor's assistant Sarah Jane Smith since the Seventies, passed away yesterday morning after suffering from the illness for some time.

The BBC confirmed her death in a statement: 'It is with much sadness that we can announce Elisabeth Sladen, the much-loved actress best known for her role as Sarah Jane Smith in Doctor Who and CBBC's The Sarah Jane Adventures, passed away this morning. She was 63.'

Aaaaaand we're back. Wow, what a first episode @_@; Evil, evil to have the series start with a two-parter!

This episode really made me feel for River :/ I can't remember, though... did she die in the silent library episodes? adfgjafghjas it hasn't been that long since I re-watched all of the show, I should remember these things xD;

Anyway, great first episode! Loved the monsters. Moffat sure seems to love things that can only be seen "at the corner of your eye" :lol:

I haven't been amazed so far this year except for the pirate episode,which everyone but me hates!

He just seems to be out to shock,this year. I burst out laughing when they revealed the River Song twist. River Song just eats time to me.

I hope the 2nd half of the series is better.

Doctor is back again. Great episode with some important bits to the main story.

Kinda funny when it's called something so epic as Let's Kill Hitler when Hitler has such a small part in the episode. :D

Well,the story is slowly edging towards a conclusion.  :(

I am not impressed at all with what Doctor Who has become. It's not grimdark but it is out to shock. Next week looks a bit more interesting but too scary for kids,and it's not the kind of ''accidental'' too scary for kids.

I feel like Moffat has been making this story more and more about Amy and Rory and less about the Doctor himself. Also, why must he constantly try to mess with time? Sometimes I think he's trying too hard to make things complicated.

On the other hand, yesterday's episode made me feel really sad and depressed :(

 :lol: I hated that one. It was just so melodramatic. It's just Amy when she's older,for goodness sake.

The one with the cupboard actually wasn't so bad,it was a bit more exciting than the last time they did it.

Still remember Rory getting stuck in the Tardis corridor?
Kinda funny Amy gets in the same situation, but gets movies and gardens and stuff. Yet she still b@tches about it.
It wasn't real. But Rory was stuck in a corridor. dying of old age. in a corridor. Amy should've been happy. XD

 :thumbsup

It's such a shame the Sarah Jane Adventures is ending because that was really good. They're all good,sci-fi-ish actors and now they've gotta find something else to do.

Karen Gillan really is just completely gorgeous.

Too bad she and Rory aren't going to be the companions for the next season. I'll miss them! Although, I'm sort of glad that they're moving on from them. The Doctor's been too obsessed with them. Almost to the point where he's willing to sacrifice everything else in the universe just to keep them happy.

I agree on the Sarah Jane! Elisabeth Sladen's death was really a huge loss for the sci-fi community.
