The only way to see Kasai is to check out the random variety shows she appears in. They are mostly HoriPro related, since all these shows feature the same comedians and Wada Akiko. Aw well, never hurts to do some networking. She seems to get along fine with her senpai.
Still, I wonder if she's still into it. Here she is not being a part of the moment
Then she wasn't really paying attention when they asked her a question:
The best part was when they teases her a bit about marriage. I love this expression:
The whole show wasn't that interesting. They talked about Acchan('s graduation) a lot. It did show that Kasai really respects the other members. She praised Acchan for the way she handles the pressure. Nobushi Kobushi were the comedians who hosted the "New AKBingo" Dokkiri episode this year and they were guests too. Kasai gave them a lot of heat during AKBingo, but it's fun to see them having fun together in other shows. They're all professionals.
What else is in Kasai's schedule?
http://www.oricon.co.jp/news/movie/2010608/full/I don't really understand what it's about, but it appears to be some sort of game show where someone can win up to ¥ 5,100,000?!
Not sure if Kasai's participating or if she's just there for promotion? I said this before, but I think a lot of people don't know how much balls Kasai has. She'd be perfect for some extreme dodge ball. However, she'd probably be pushed in the role of 'girl who needs protection' which she's also great at
I prefer her curly hair to the super straight hair, even though she looks flawless with either style.
Last year, I voted for Kasai Tomomi because of the PB promise; but we see how that worked out.
"They" (=HoriPro? Aki-P?) screwed her over so much. It's so unfair. I think a lot of Kasai fans are disappointed that she still didn't get a PB, despite the promise made in the election video last year. She said "senbatsu" and she came in at 16/21. Technically, that's good enough? So yeah, I really fear for this year's result. I hope her old fans won't abandon her. I worry she hasn't gotten enough opportunity to gain new fans... Especially compared to a lot of the new gen members.
The new system might work in her advantage. Let's say two girls (for example Yui, Amina, Sayaka, Yuka or a new gen girl) overtake Kasai, that means she would be 17th, which would make her the
center of "Group A"! We've seen all the great exposure Umechan got, so I think 17th may be better for Kasai than 16th in this case. There's still hope! Don't give up (on) Tomo~mi!
