I'm broke after getting the PB version. So I guess I'll just go for the Hong Kong version of the DVD version which is cheaper. There won't be much of a difference, right?

I have a few OS versions of Japanese CDs and the DVD contents are exactly the same, so I don't think there will be subtitles.

I agree. I got the HK version of Best Scandal and it's doesn't have any subs.

About the PB I thought some were a lil blurry. I'm almost certain the photographer could have done a better job capturing their beauty!
Then again I'm no expert on photography

Overall though I guess I'm satisfied with the purchase, the album is good and the PB is also good ^_^ definate improvement from the first PB though! >_>p
