Aichan's 11th PB, Katachi, fully scanned by bisaido, added to the PB stash.

The originals are pretty good quality, but they're also massive. So I added an optimized, slightly smaller version of the scans as well.

Get whichever, or both. Oh I also fixed the filenames to the correct page position and order, which was all over the place.
