Wishing a year of joy, accomplishment, and happiness!
Would have loved to see Karen with SKE48, but really admire
Karen for turning down the offer so that she could remain close to
her family. They are from the earthquake area, and despite all the troubles
That her family was going through, they completely
supported Karen, who had just entered AKB48.

She said that she did not want to be away, as she wanted to
Be able to be around to offer her gratitude to her family.

One of my absolute favs. Bummer she had to be seated front and center when names were called thruout SSK.

Shocked she didn't get called...but there are a bunch of others that are headscratchers for me.

Karen was never the type to get in front based off popularity. 90% of the votes are driven by casual fans so your big names among all the groups would be known as for others you just have to accept how things are.

Majority of the time there is no rhyme or reason behind them but she's one of those where i think the lack of exposure only will suit to what she might be aiming for after AKB
