As reported previously, popular idol group Momoiro Clover Z will release their 3rd album "AMARANTHUS" and 4th album "Hakkin no Yoake" simultaneously on February 17, and more details on the albums have started to come out.

The albums will contain 13 tracks each. Both albums will have a limited edition which will have a Blu-ray disc, and come in a special box. There are also standard editions.

The list of performers for this year’s edition of Kohaku Uta Gassen was recently released. Noticeably missing was Momoiro Clover Z. The group debuted on the show in 2012 and has been on it ever since. After the list was revealed, they posted a message on their website saying that the group had graduated from Kohaku. They also thanked fans for supporting them on the show. They said that they will continue on with their endeavors, including their dome tour next year.

Momoiro Clover Z also announced that they will be having a show the same night as Kohaku. “Daiichi Kai Momoiro Countdown ~Yuku Momo Kuru Momo~” will take place at Tokyo’s Toyosu PIT on December 31 at 10PM and continue until 1 AM the next day. TV Saitama will show the concert starting at 11 PM until its end. The show will also be shown live on Ustream during the same time period as the television broadcast.

Momoiro Clover Z have revealed their latest artist photos, as well as the teasers for their 3rd album "AMARANTHUS" and 4th album "Hakkin no Yoake", which will be released simultaneously on February 17th.

From December 23rd to the 25th, Momoclo held their Christmas lives "Momoiro Christmas 2015 ~Beautiful Survivors~" at Karuizawa Snow Park in Gunma. The artist photos that have been revealed at this time were shot just for the two albums. For the "AMARANTHUS" photo, the girls are photographed with colorful flowers in the background, while the photo for "Hakkin no Yoake" features blue skies and clouds in the background.

In the teasers, you can see the members in the recording studio, as well as their comments on the albums.

The girls of Momoiro Clover Z have unleashed the PV for their new song "WE ARE BORN", which will be included in their third album "AMARANTHUS".

"WE ARE BORN" was written by Fujibayashi Shoko and composed and arranged by tatsuo. Its PV was directed by Nagasoe Masatsugu, who was also in charge of the PVs for "Z no Chikai", "Yume no Ukiyo ni Saitemina", and "GOUNN". The full version of the PV will be included in the album's Limited Edition Blu-ray disc.

"AMARANTHUS" will be released simultaneously with ""Hakkin no Yoake" on February 17. It will also be available for digital download worldwide in about 120 countries, starting March 4.

Momoiro Clover Z's Takagi Reni will hold a solo concert on March 9, 2017 in Kanagawa Prefecture.

This was announced on March 9 during her solo concert "Sakusaku Murasaki Kyouwakoku ~Warau Kado ni wa Nofu Kuru~" at NGK Spark Plug Civic Center in Aichi. Takagi's 3rd solo concert will be held in her hometown at a venue in Kanagawa Prefecture. More details will be revealed in the near future.

Takagi's solo song "Chocolat Lion" was released via Recochoku on March 9 for 39 yen. It will only be available for 39 yen for a month. Thereafter, it will be distributed at regular single price.

April 4, 2016

On April 2, Momoiro Clover Z wrapped up their dome tour "MOMOIRO CLOVER Z DOME TREK 2016: AMARANTHUS／Hakkin no Yoake" at Seibu Prince Dome in Saitama. During this performance, it was announced that the girls would be touring the United States.

The concert kicked off with the album lead song "WE ARE BORN" followed by "Monochro Dessan", "Gorilla Punch", and "Buryou Tougen Nakayoshi Monogatari". Some of the highlights of the concert included Tamai Shiori's solo piano performance for "Seishunfu", Momota Kanako's hoop dance during "Demonstration", Sasaki Ayaka's electric guitar performance for "Naitemo Iindayo", and Takagi Reni's tap dance during "Guns N'Diamond".

After performing the album songs, the second half of the concert started with an interval VTR playing "OVERTURE". During the second half, the group performed their popular songs such as "Z Onna Sensou", "Momoclo no Nippon Banzai", "Chai Maxx", and "Ikuze! Kaitou Shoujo".

For their U.S. tour, titled "America Oudan Ultra Live", Momoiro Clover Z will be making stops at New York, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. More details on this exciting piece of news will be revealed at a later date.
