Kana Nishino is a J-Pop singer and lyricist signed with SME Records' Newcome Inc.. She debuted on February 20, 2008, with the single "I". Her hometown is Matsusaka, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Her favorite singers are Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Ciara. She also loves Reggae, R&B, Hip-hop and Japanese min'yō folk music.

No love for Kana?
Lets see...I've been following her since she debuted but kinda lost track after her first album. I loved all her singles from her first album but the album itself was ok-ish. I only heard one or two singles after that and only recently listened to her second album and thought it was great. A lot better than her first but I still kinda miss her earlier poppy songs.

I prefer her R&B songs more and love all her singles from Tokutemo onwards and I've collected all her singles ands albums.
Her new single 'If', is coming out in early August and is the theme song for the new Naruto Movie.

Good singer. I like her voice. I enjoyed both her albums, solid stuff. Found out/got into her after watching a performance of "motto..." on Music Station Super Live.
She got really popular within the last year :thumbup
