Good morning

Yesterday was,
As you all know..
The 2nd Senbatsu election.

For me,
I did not get into the Top 40.

I did not meet your expectations,
And I'm truly sorry for that

But..
In the vote previews,
I was in 40th place..
And I was really happy ↑↑

Just being able to get in is awesome in itself,
In my opinion.

But,
it's not about rankings.

In the end,
I was crushed at not getting in.

But still,
It made for good experience..
And I learned a lot..

Now is just the start.

Not getting into Senbatsu has motivated me even more
『I'll work even harder』

Next year, I want to try my best.

Ami's not the same as everyone else..
This year, I haven't been appearing in many performances.

I'll show the real Maeda Ami..
I want to do the election again.

For everyone that
Supported me..
Put my name in the ballot..

I took my name from Mama and my older sister~
The kanji 〔亜美〕 are bilaterally symmetrical..
I was named to become someone who
Isn't prejudiced, is kind and sympathetic..

Genuine..?
Is what those around me say about me.
As for myself, I'm not too sure..

I'm not very good at tidying up
