BEST: USC. they were undefeated all year.
WORST: 49ers. 2 losing seasons in one year.

Player?
BEST: Reggie Bush. Solid all year with THE HEISMAN!
WORST: Rafael Palmeiro. He used to be a Ranger and I liked him, but now...ehhh
 
Play?
Tiger Wood's chip at the Masters. Best golf shot ever.


Breakthrough Athlete?
Danica Patrick. Damn she fine.

Funniest Moment?
The commercials? I dunno...

Best Upset?
Astros beating the Cardinal. Woo go Astros!

Game of the Year?
Andre Agassi vs. James Blake in the US Open quarter finals. Two Americans going at it was just vintage, somewhat like Macenroe vs. Connors.
 
Dissappointment of The Year?
Cowboys not making the playoffs :P. Finley signing with the Spurs. Agassi showing his age. Sharapova gaining muscle weight. Favre.

Commercial of the year?
Oh man...so many good sports commercials this year. I can't choose....that ESPN/LeBron cm was good...

Shoe of the year?
I don't know about this one...but I'm starting to like those Puma shoes. XD

Team? Best: Chicago White Sox Worst: Atlanta Hawks
Player? Best: Kobe Bryant Worst: Todd Harvey
Play? Best: Dwayne Wade cross court buzzer beater vs Phoenix...late last season. Worst: This chump who stole Brett Favre's ball.
