(I Believe)
People all over Japan turn to smiles,
just by hearing your voice.
People all over the world turn to smiles,
just by hearing that you are alive.
Because I'm by your side.
Through it all, through it all, through it all.
People all over the world have faith
that you are safe.
My face turns into an long-lasting smile,
just by hearing you are alive.
Because I'm by your side.
Through it all, through it all, through it all.

Deciding which one (http://picroda.jphip.com/akb48/jphip53928.jpg) I should buy (http://uppix.net/f/7/7/0df1d7ea86d5c2c06cd1283def1b5.jpg) :roll:Donated it to World Vision instead.
Gackt himself is picking the spirits of Japan with a Charity Concert / movement:It seems the AKB umbrella has also opened up a charity fund/donation as well here (http://www.akb48-gienkin.com/).
Japanese exchange students in Norway have started their own fund raising initiative (in collaboration with the Norwegian Red Cross). In addition to this, there was one here in Toronto as well, with exchange students making onigiri to 'sell' on Tuesday. Apparently $6600CAD was raised just from that 'sale' (10 of which was from me 'cuz that's all I had on me at the time), which lasted on 2.5 hours.

I had a sudden thought.
"Now, during the large scale power cutbacks,
not being able to listen to music is just.."
"I want those in the disaster struck area to listen to their favourite music.."
The power of music is really mysterious. Just hearing your favourite song fills you up with an unbelievable amount of energy.
This time, those still in the disaster struck areas probably have the sounds of the earthquake tremors or the terrible sounds of things falling still in their heads.
If we went closer,
even we would probably not be able to offer any courage.. When I think that, this time spent at home feels wasted, like I shouldn't be here nor let it pass.
Watching the news makes my tears endless, so I've thought many times of just turning it off.
But the truth must be faced..
It's no time for us to be looking away.
Some news program said this: "Even though those in the affected areas are doing their utmost to live, those of us who are fine, what good is it for us to be negative! Even though now is when we should be taking charge of Japan.."
That's exactly right; those of us who are able to live our normal lifestyles must lift our heads high with the feeling of lifting up Japan. There must be many things that we can do.
Today I became happy to hear news of many people being rescued. I was moved by the strength of the human spirit.
We are only able to say "Do your best!" but
I pray from the bottom of my heart
that even one more person may be able to survive and reunit with his/her family and loved ones.
If you feel lonely, please try humming your favourite song.
Music should be able to connect and save people!!
Hoping that everyone will have a smile on their faces..

“Hope For Tomorrow” is our humble idea to make a difference. We are reaching out to YOU to support our efforts in providing help for those struggling in the aftermath. Our friends at Kevin Nottingham have come on board to assist in the release of a charity album. We are grateful to be in a position to use the talents of some of the undergrounds most respected hip-hop artists. It is our hope that this project will continue to garner attention for the people of Japan and raise some much needed funds.
100% of the money will be given away and shared between the charities Save The Children and
GlobalGiving. The best news is that the album is available for only 6 dollars so it's hard to say no. Artists to feature include Substantial, Dela, Soulchef, Thomas Prime, Marcus D & K-Murdock aswell as some big names from Japan. The global theme of the project is expressed through participation of artists from France, UK, Japan whilst other artists hail from Australia, Germany, USA and the rest of the world!
Alongside the music is a chance to enter our competition for prizes, with the larger the donations the bigger the chance of winning a coveted prize. 20 Dollars or more will see you entered into our top tier of prizes, 10 Dollars will give you a chance for our second tier, but better still there is a guaranteed chance of a prize so long as you can donate in some form.

Hardly believe my eyes that is true.
With everything that you're facing.
Everything seem so difficult.
I can get up to walk through this.
This is mind, I still stand here, hardly.
And she was there.
I do not want to think how much it hurts.
GAMBATTENE fight on.
Remove the needle hard not despair.
Likewise believes that she will have to get up again.
GAMBATTENE fight on.
She remembered after dark.
There is sun.
Light up again. Thus my second heart.
I dedicate this song to my heart.
With the shouting loudly from Thailand.

Japan In A DayJapan in a Day Trailer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpZFDzP6PWk#ws)
Director Ridley Scott’s crowdsourced project, in collaboration with Fuji Television Network, invites people in Japan to submit videos of their lives this March 11 as a way to commemorate the event online. Modeled after Scott’s Life in a Day, Japan In A Day is not asking for any specific views about the disaster — rather, it’s seeking the ordinary, everyday activities that people have been doing since, as they rebuild their lives and move forward. Since the film is asking for users to submit videos on March 11, it won’t be available for screening on the exact date of the anniversary. But, it will be available the day after, on March 12. Check out the trailer below:
“Tsunami Stories”Robotic Seals Help Japanese Tsunami Victims (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv9LoiFMUok#ws)
A project by Voice of America, Tsunami Stories (http://tsunamistories.tumblr.com (http://tsunamistories.tumblr.com)) is a Tumblr-powered website crowdsourcing content around the web from survivors. With the tagline, “How a nation heals from invisible wounds,” the site looks to find how people affected by the disaster are coping. They can submit pictures, videos, links or text describing their experience. The site just launched on March 8, and the hashtag #tsunamistories is gaining some traction on Twitter to encourage submissions. My favorite post so far is this video of robot seals comforting Japanese elderly:
