I just remember her from the movies, man. Infernal Affairs, when she's listening to the evidence, pulls the headphones out of the stereo, and just walks away. And a few other things she was in, not that I remember any off the top of my head, lol.

"LOVE MI SAMMI CHENG WORLD TOUR" was held last night at Hong Kong Coliseum. Sammi appeared in a space-suit costume and descended from above the stage to start off the concert. She was wearing a flashy hat, space-suit and silver-white leggings with long boots. Sammi started the show by asking the audience if she was hot enough? Her two fast songs "Chotto Et Cetera" and "Ding Ding Dong" was a warm up for audience, she then performed "Chemistry" following the warm up.
Sammi laughed and said: "For this concert, because I am getting old, a month ago I already started training. I feel great pressure worrying if the concert would get as good response as the last one." It was once rumored that this concert was a "Gospel Concert", so there is a portion in the concert for gospel songs including "Crime & Punishment", "God Has Prepared" and "Believers Have Love".
Besides having her parents support, Sammi's old love Andy Hui also attended to show his support, but his girlfriend was not seen to have joined him. Sammi is a Christian and because of her religion, she only prayed to herself in the corner facing the wall at the blessing ceremony for her concert.

Sammi said last year "Trust . Hope . Love" plan is a collective memory between her fans and herself with remarkable meaningful songs. She said: " The song "Amen" is from when I visited Mongolia, where a group of homeless children were singing this song. I was listening and listening, I began to have a great feeling inside. Sammi Cheng held another show of her "LoveMi World Tour Concert" in Guangzhou last night. Haven't met fans in Guangzhou for 10 years, her show last night was full and fans enjoyed the show a lot. Sammi Cheng sang nearly 20 classics and some new songs
Sammi started the show saying: "Tonight it would be mainly Cantonese songs! Tonight's concert would be meaningful to us. Up next I would take a short break. So lets have fun tonight!"

Sammi Cheng Sau Man and Louis Koo Tin Lok's most memorable scene in ROMANCING IN THIN AIR (GO HOI BUT JI LUEN II) took place in 6 degrees below zero Celsius. One ran while the other one drowned. In the scene Sammi saw Koo Tin Lok from afar and thought her long lost husband returned home. Seeing Goo Jai soaking in the spring, she immediately ran over, pulled him up and saved his life.
When they shot the scene in Shangri-La, the temperature was only six below zero. For such an icy and snowy feel, director Johnnie To Kei Fung deliberately chose the coldest time to shoot in. Sammi earlier in the shoot has already entered her character. In this scene her emotions completely flooded out. Sammi said, "Actually my first take already had a lot of explosiveness. After that I already felt like I was going to collapse." Finally the director still wanted Sammi to make ten more takes. Poor Sammi had to run, cry, yell and pull Goo Jai from the hot spring.
Goo Jai did not have an easy time either because he had to wear layer after layer of clothing and soaked his entire body into the spring water. Although that was a hot spring, with all the wet clothing Goo Jai was still fine in the hot spring. As soon as he left it the feeling was unusually hard to take as it was frighteningly cold. Actually he did not soak in the spring for long, instead Sammi took more time to drag him out of the spring. He felt very chilly. Goo Jai said, "Actually I really just let Sammi pull me, I had to play like I was completely unconscious. I was heavy so Sammi had a very tough time. With the hot spring I really didn't want her to drag me out. However because I had to be face down in the water, if she didn't drag me up I couldn't breath. I had mixed emotions throughout the scene!" After the scene, the team wrapped them both up tight, brought them into the house and used all the heat pads and heaters for them to get warm.

The Hong Kong singer’s co-star Louis Koo revealed that she only ate a “piece of vegetable” during her dark period
Hong Kong singer-actress Sammi Cheng and actor Louis Koo reunited recently for the movie Romancing in Thin Air II, since their collaboration eight years ago.
Louis commented that he was glad that Sammi had recovered from depression and anorexic problems.
Sammi had suffered from depression after working on the movie Everlasting Regret, and would frequently lose control of her emotion. Her health was also deteriorating because of the medicine she had to take.
Louis revealed that back then he had dined with Sammi at a hotel, where the singer ordered a meal, where there was "only a piece of vegetable".
Sammi walked out of that difficult period after finding faith in religion.
"She looks happier, now that she has regained her appetite, and knows how to enjoy life," Louis said.
In other related news, Sammi also sang the theme song 'Do Re Mi' for the movie, and is the first time she collaborated with veteran musician Luo Dayou, who composed the song, with famed lyricist Albert Leung penning the lyrics.

The character had more potential, her acting was mature and moved people to tears.
