Official website has been updated with 「踊れカルナヴァル」 theme (new pictures!

) and the official romanization for the track appears to be "Odore Carnival".

I'd thought because of the way it was rendered in kanji it might be "carnivale" or something but I guess not.

CDJapan translated the JP write-up for the album:

First album release from Tomato n' Pine including five single tracks, "Yume no Kakera (a cover of ZONE)," and "Nagisa ni Matsuwaru Etosetora (a cover of Puffy AmiYumi)." Yui, a member of the unit, is Gokai pink, a major character of the super sentai series "Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger." This edition includes a bonus DVD with four music videos and making-of of a new song "Odore Carnaval."

So it looks like we know 7 of the tracks that'll be on the album: the five single tracks ("Captain wa Kimi da!" to "Odore Carnival") and the ZONE and Puffy covers.

I kind of hope that none of the other b-sides make it onto the album so that there'll be more new tracks but I guess it won't be too bad if there are more b-sides since some of them are pretty good.

not gloating but I just received my tomato n'pine PS4U cd-dvd, with poster (that part was gloating) from cdjapan and I don't know what to say about it.
I've been a tomapai fan since the first low-release single I randomly found on YouTube. Then I began to follow them on a show called Idol-Chin I only watched because of Fudanjuku.
After the numerous singles, which I also bought, this album just feels like a compilation album.
Maybe after watching many of their live shows on YouTube it doesn't feel new to me.
But that's not to say I didn't fan-boy like some tween when I got my package and played the album, I did and with no regret but...nothing new. I hope these girls continue with this unit and do more, gain more exposure and become a great trio.

YUI, WADA, HINA, thank you.

It looks like "season 2" of Tomapai is ending on December 29, 2012 with a one man show called "The First and The Last "POP SONG 4EVER ～Sankai～":

From what I understand, "season 1" was when the group was a duo consisting of Yui and Jun Kanaki, so season 2 would be the current line-up of Yui, Wada, and Hina.

Google translate isn't very helpful but it doesn't look like there will be a season 3 of Tomapai - or if there is, it won't have any of the "old" members since the announcement says that each of the girls is "going towards a new stage in 2013." :/

I'm sad about this but also not entirely surprised because, for an idol group, Tomapai wasn't very active with their releases. They did do a lot of live events, but for a group that's been together since May 2010 to only have 4 singles and 1 album... yeah, no big surprise they're calling it quits.

I really love this Unit. Every photobook, every single, CD-DVD combo. And now it's quits. Yep. That's how it goes. I had really hoped they could've gotten more exposure.

yes i was told this last night that there isn't going to be tomapai in 2013 T__T sucks so much but guess the girls keep focusing more in other activities thn giving power to the group sad but they'll be remembered
