I also think some fans are over-exaggerating, graduation isn't something unexpected at this point in time for the first generation members. It will come sooner or later so it doesn't matter for me what her decision is, I'll support her either way. Although part of me wish that she would be the last 1st gen to graduate because that will symbolize the complete closure of 1st gen. Also, I'm slowly loosing touch with AKB, the feeling just isn't the same anymore with most of the old guards gone, so probably it'd be better if Takamina graduates; that way I can only focus my attention on her and don't have to force myself into watching AKB's shows anymore just because she's in it. I might be selfish for saying this but I wish she would start not loving AKB anymore because she once said she will leave before she starts hating the group. I also don't love this current AKB anymore so I don't mind if she leaves it.

Thanks for the drabble, mayuyuXlyukirinlvoer13, I also share Takamina's feelings, she should leave to focus on her solo career than sticking with the group forever.

The Price of Immortality

I'm sitting down on a wooden chair outside my house's balcony
The wind wind lightly blows, the countryside really is nice.

A smile formed on my face. I love this house and this place...

 It's peaceful... Miyuki and I decided to stay here years ago...

It's like any country side,
a field of wheat, never rains hard, never gets hot that much,
breezy and cool in the evening.


Our house is just a mile away from the city.

Whenever it's night time, the stars shine brighter at our place.
We have a 2 story house. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,

a kitchen and a lot more thing that you'd normally see in a house.

Remembering how Miyuki and I met makes me happy.
We met when we were in High School We were always beside each other.

At that time we never took things seriously, we dated other people and and talk about it.

As we spend more time... We became serious with each other.
I stood up from my chair and went inside to take my coat and hat with me.

I locked up the old place for a while and left.


I walked and walked, I looked up at the white clouds and blue sky.



I remember that Miyuki and I went on a pick nick at a park,
I would always bring the guitar upon the request she had asked me.

I can never deny her. She would request a song and we'd do a duet.


Sometimes when she lies down I sing her songs I made just for her.

I sat on a big rock somewhere in the outskirts of my house. I've walked for an hour I needed the rest.

Miyuki and I had once fought, jealousy was our topic. She cheated on me when we were 27.

 Another man have stolen her heart. we broke apart after our fight.

Remembering how I tried to persuade her back... I looked pathetic....
Still, I won her back but I got in a fight. Got beaten up pretty bad but I won.


I stood up and walked again.

Remembering the past...

It Hurts... It hurts really bad.

I hate my whole being.... I hate everything about myself...

Here I am. Standing. In front of something I never wanted to see.

I went to a small shed and opened it. A guitar lying down on the ground filled with dust.
I cleaned the guitar and left the shed.

Year after year after year....

I went back on that place again.



"Hey there Milky... It's been quite a long time"
I forced a smile.



"I kept the house just as it was.

Thou I fixed somethings here and there and made renovations~!" I faked a happy toned voice.

My chest hurts like hell gave me fork and stabbed in front of me...

I sat down on the grassy ground...

I started singing. And I started crying. I tried to stop but... it wasn't possible

It hurts too much.
I can't take it.

Why did things have to end....

We got married when we were about 30, had 3 kids.

I can't....

I was nearing the end of the song....

I hate being an immortal being...
I've lived for millions of years. I've seen my love ones die every single time.
I stopped loving 3 centuries ago. I dare not to love.... but... I fell for her.
We loved each other too much.

SHE grew old, I didn't.

"Miyuki.... M-miyuki... It's not fair you know... leaving me here"

But my heart is dead but living for her....

"For 8 centuries now...."

She's dead, yet I'm alive. It's not fair.....

I dropped on my knees. In front of her Grave...

Watanabe Miyuki.... no... Yamamoto Miyuki....


I love you more than anything.


But you're gone.
