first! Oh man I have been waiting for the next chapter... poor rika and the guilt tripping. why must charmy-sama always be in such ackward situations.
sorry to keep you guys waiting... my almost non-existent real life has been bugging me...
Jeez, pressure much? I feel so bad for them. I wish some ppl would just be a little more open-minded. I mean, love is love.
and how can anyone not love ishiyoshilove? i don't get these people i made...
yeah don´t tell her ´cause she still think Yocchan is a man
of course, she has the hots for yossui too...
I totally forgot about the stepmother.. [stepmother's are evul!! lol well not ALL are evil..
i know 2 evul ones... one's here and the other's there... somewhere...
lol yep.. consider za religion..
the Philippines is a very Christian country... too christian if you ask me...
does Mayumi still have a hold on Rika? coz im a bit lost.. my head erased the other parts and just left IshiYoshi rabu-rabu
no, technically, she doesn't... but due to the "accident" she has masterminded, she had made a pretext to keep Rika on coming back to a place within the reach of her sharp, nasty, and damn dirty claws...
so... how come Mayumi ain't trying to steal Rika? You'd think she'd be doing all she could or something...
ahh... yes... that horrendous woman... she is... ... she is... ...
... i just haven't said anything about it yet...
I'll be here waiting for the next chapter anyway...see you later.
see you...
missed a lot... been busy busy busy *waits for the next update*
thanks for your patience... thesis is eating my hand atm...
WTF, May's in Iglesia? Oh that's just what we DON'T need right now, a bunch of self-serving, closed-minded people who think that their way of interpreting the bible is the only way to do it and that all other religions (Christian or otherwise) are wrong.
i'm not so worried about that since she's a damn hypocrite, trying to sell her stepdaughter... but mayumi's over-reaction to IshiYoshi-love is bothering me... thanks for that elaboration on the Iglesia...
i just submitted chapter 2 of my thesis, the analysis of the music of my band... yes, a part of my thesis is about my band... talk about self-pimpage, right?
anyway... until my semestral break sets in, i'm still sunk with other schoolwork that i set aside to focus on the damn thesis so i still can't update as much as i used to... i'm still rewiring my brain so... patience please... more word salad coming right up...
to end the month right...
UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hitomi was warmly greeted by the receptionist as she walked through the main lobby of the office building. "Good morning, President Yoshizawa. Attorney Konno and Murata are online and they are waiting for you."
"Thank you. Good morning to you too" Hitomi replied with a smile. "Please tell Vice President Kimura to prepare some coffee for me."
The receptionist was surprised by the reciprocation of her daily gesture. It was the first time that Hitomi had greeted her and with a smile too. It was a priceless moment for her. She immediately pressed a button on the intercom. "V.P, Kimura, the president wants her coffee..."
She proceeded to the elevator. All she saw were the scalps of the balding men who bowed down to greet her. Some who were feeling clever greeted her in Japanese. All were surprised when she returned their greetings whether in English or Japanese. The doors closed as slowly as they opened, leaving the employees dumbfounded, watching them close
Hitomi looked at her reflection on the shiny elevator doors.
Why is Murata online too? I told Konno to leave them out of this...Her thoughts turned to what she imagined was awaiting her in the top floor of the building. She could hear Ayaka and Mai’s voices in her head, interrogating her on what went on this morning. She braced herself for the worst as the doors opened revealing and empty hallway. Neither of her friends were there even though the receptionist had surely told Ayaka that she was on her way up.
Hitomi headed to the office, deciding that it was best that they weren’t being busybodies this morning. A coffee cup with freshly brewed coffee waited on the tray beside a cinnamon roll and a note from Ayaka. “You owe me, Yoshiko. Big time.”
The note elicited a smile from Hitomi. Ayaka has saved her again.
But now to more urgent matters…
Hitomi took her seat and turned her monitor on. As expected, the lawyers of both Yoshizawa and Matsuura corporations were waiting for her.
The two bowed to greet the new comer. “Yoshizawa-san… Ohayou.”
“Ohayou, Konno, Murata-san,” Hitomi greeted back, looking at Konno, waiting for an explanation.
Konno understood immediately the look from her boss. “We realized that we might have a problem.”
“A problem?”
“I cannot represent Ishikawa-san on the negotiation tables…”
At hearing Konno say the words, Hitomi realized the major flaw in their initial plans. “They may not know that Yoshizawa-group is involved…”
“Yes. That is why I have asked for the help of Murata-san. Because the investment was made to Matsuura, she has an excuse to handle this.”
“I understand…” Hitomi clasped her hands together and placed them on the desk. “… have you contacted the lawyers of the companies involved?”
“Yes… many of them are determined to press charges…”
Murata brought out some folders, the drafted complaints from different companies. “Surprisingly, some of them still don’t know that Ishikawa-san is in the Philippines. All they know is that she is overseas. The Philippines and Japan do not have any extradition treatise so as long as she’s there, they can’t really touch her legally…”
“Thank you, Murata-san, for doing all this… You will be compensated accordingly…” Hitomi brought out her checkbook and a pen. Just before she could set the pen on the check, the lawyer interrupted her. “Yoshizawa-san, do that only after all this is over. You might need that money elsewhere. Consider this some sort of making amends from me for Ishikawa-san. Hopefully I will not fail her unlike
them”
“Thank you. If only you had been a lawyer all those years ago… Anyway, negotiate with all of them. Make the most economically sane solution. If worse comes to worst, contact me right away.”
