A Hollywood producer who was found dead in a car with his young daughter had apparently suffered a heart attack and fallen on top of the girl, suffocating her, according to a coroner's report. (http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/08/24/producer.death.ap/index.html)

the daughter died as well, because it mentioned she suffocated and the article said:
