Title: Hackers Invited To Break Into Philippine Internet Voting System

I guess the hackers can easily break into the system. Philippines is a beginner at these things and there will be more cheating than manual voting.

I'm from the Philippines actually. I don't like to say this but cheating is always part of election.  :(
