Title: Jack Thompson sues Wendy's over Wii toys promo

I read this and thought, "Oh for FUCK'S sake". Thanks to KeithJustice @ HJU for originally finding this article and posting it there.

The issue seems to be that:

a.) Manhunt 2 is what Thompson calls a “murder simulator”

b.) Manhunt 2 will appear on the Wii (among other systems)

c.) Wendy’s is promoting the Wii, therefore;

d.) Wendy’s is promoting Manhunt 2, which promotes murder

I love that logic. Expect lawsuits against Coca-Cola, and just about every other media source soon.

His logic is weak. It seems ok just to ignore him for the time being.  Also there is no suit filed yet , according to the news.

Jack Thompson is a total ass!!! He should get a life rather than bothering anything to do with video games. I'm not the only one that hate's him very much, majority of gamers sees him as an enemy as well.  >:(

Jack thompsom needs to STFU. How many times does he have to bitch over video games?!!! I HATE HIM!! he tried to cancel my fav game.. (which is Bully)
