The 2nd hottest Rei in the WORLD (1st of course is Rei-chan (http://www.miumu.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=17724&highlight=&mforum=jpmx#17724)) kinda reminds me a little of Michele Reis and/or Rika ... former CM queen, check her out in PB "Ra" which came out in late 2002:

She was in a series of CM's this summer, for DIP, a job finding service. She was cast as elder sister of Aya Ueto and Shiori Kutsuna.
