A man who officials say would break into people’s homes while they were asleep, rob them and then defecate on their floors was sentenced to five years in prison Thursday. (http://kob.com/article/stories/S88687.shtml?cat=10029)

This guy is mental. Consider prior crime of dropping brick to truck at age of 12, he is antisocial.  Five year jail time is not enough.
