Just checked on flights from Chicago, $600+ round trip. This is very doable. If it's real and I can get figure out how to get tickets then I'm definitely going.

It's coming up in two weeks and this thread isn't bustling with conversation! Granted it's partly our fault cause some of us are talking in the hawaii tour thread about miki's stuff but hey that doesn't mean we can't converse here!
We got word from sazabi that the reason the sales to us aren't being done for the concert is cause of work visas...
So anyone can think of a way around that for them for us?...lol
Also do you think that means we'll get a GAM alo-hello??... does anyone know if they have any appearance or what not scheduled for right after the tour?

sazabi was able to do so much because he has his connections and his drive, so trying to hard together seems like a something we could come up with something awesome.

yeah theres a back alley and parking lot area, i would think they would use the side door to the right when you're facing pipeline cafe directly. theres several doors actually, they might go through the parking area on the left side since it's closer to the dressing room/vip section.

I just came back from Vegas not too long ago and I have been thinking about this since this was announced...
but dang...This is reall y hard to do since this time it is actually being held in doors...What do you suggest we try to do?? :cry:

As apparently the one who talks the most (I don't think that makes me leader but it jsut makes me the one who is the most voiced lately) we don't have much viable options if they aren't gonna be nice to us this time. And it depends on what are goals are.
Goal 1: Get to see the Concert! (The most difficult of tasks)
Potential1: Sazabi can help us out somehow
Potential2: Everyone who has a connection extort their connection to get themselves in (trying to get more than that might be risky and I doubt anyone wants to endanger their connections stability)
Potential3: Pray that someone will let us take turns watching through the window that sazabi said is in the front.
Goal 2: Get noticed! (The more impactual but less likely to be enjoyable option)
Potential1: Get in (officially somehow) and do something noticeable (like when I suggested that some people make things to give).
Potential2: Post up a sign somewhere (knowing the options we have maybe someone could rasterbate a giant design and put it somewhere visible, granted somewhere visible is possible).
Potential3: Be there with giant sign (a possible answer granted that we'd be there before GAM gets there or GAM can somehow see us, otherwise all our sign would do it get wota attention)
Goal 3: Have fun... which I personally tend to have trying...don't know about you guys.
Goal 4: Buy stuff.... which for that we need to know when the last day the store will be open is and then hope they have open night again ><
So thats how I see it personally... someone can probably amend it to make more sense or have more potential but we gotta try something right?

Ok, so since we have no idea whats going on in terms of exact time we'll have to rely on good 'ld faith and waiting, in the mean time it is definitely time for everyone who has ideas of what to do to try make in the case of obtainable GAM-y goodness to be working on that.
Of all things maybe this time we can get our ability to work together down better? ...that way when the concert time comes we won't end up in three different places having no idea where each other is...lol... that being said... we need to be able to flag each other somehow huh?
I had 48 hour cold so I was kinda dead-out but I'm glad it happened last weekend instead of this weekend.
Everybody getting ready I hope.... now we need to find out about the store.... and wait for sazabi to be able to give us a better idea of the time... if he can.

Man you guys! I was looking to meet you guys but when the people were there that weren't staff were there there was a lot of staff too... I was so afraid they were gonna shoe me away....but during the performance they were cool with my and my friend sitting near the the windowy area... my little thing is in the other thread.
Man I didn't get to see anything but I didn't give up I was there and one day I will succeed... apparently the staff think we are a threat though cause when I was watching the van in the alley like 4 of them stood between us and the van... like we were gonna do anything ><
and the store... >< I ended up with an Onna ni Sachi are set of pics...lol
Man it was a fun day but its so awesome you got your stuff sazabi I was so jealous seeing you guys with your bags...I was like...visors and shirts! I didn't notice the band...but ya... I was like "I wantie but I can't outrun anyone"... and so I sat there... not knowing anything.

i parked on the opposite side, so i exited way later while i was doing the handshakes and junk, stayed around upstairs and drank a couple beers with my security friends and the owner of the cafe. lol i had short sleeve shirts on today so its not hard to miss me cause my arms are all tattooed with japanese designs, i had a jacket in the beginning when i was walking around though looking for you guys if you were there, lol other then the two UFA people i always get weird looks at my tattoos like im in the yakuza or something so i had my jacket most of the time when i got there, towards the end i took it off cause it was hot inside.
it was funny cause the other guest i guess it was there first time, the dude from UFA hawaii was explaining to them and asking them to please not point at the fans or laugh at them cause they get "crazy" lol i really wonder what they think of us fans now.

Dang man I wanted to meet you guys that way we'd be prepared for december too but thats ok... you had fun and thats great... ya know I didn't realize that the guy was dressing up as hamtaro... I saw him get on a fullbody suit but I had no idea what it was...lol. I guess with the spiderman and the goku you really gotta make efforts to stand out... but I was thrown by the goku cause i thought he was suppose to be a Kamei fan the first time i had seen him back in march.
So I bought a set... my friend wanted to buy a shirt but we couldn't.... I swear we need to get jobs with H!P like you guys.
There were so many guests I was surprised....

At least you got to enjoy and got MM goodies for free... I was so energized and yet felt like such a failure this time... me and my friend couldn't get parking for 2 hours trying to get to the store...it was sad too...
We need more people.... or something... at least then I wouldn't feel so bad about being so close to the building... I was walking back and forth so much I was so worried they'd send cops at me.

Wouldn't want you getting in trouble for something like that through... I mean its a cool plan but definitely risky, and I think they'd realize if too many guests were there...lol, and I've forgotten what the head guy and lady look like so avoiding them would be hard...lol
My friend and I were noticing how simple the staff identifiers were... they must really know each other well since the staff IDs were little yellow papers with the word staff on them and the GAM logo.
I swear I recognized some of the fans from last time too.
So... how does one get a job with anything H!P related?...whether its with you guys...or the store, or what... I don't want to risk you guys getting in trouble. ARGH the frustrations between benefits and risk... what to do.
At least I have a set of MM pictures... granted they are just Onna ni Sachi Are pictures with the hawaiian print added in the background... but the pic goodness is keeping me alive!

hmm good question i guess its really them finding the resources, like to print shirts/labels/pics/sound/lighting and all the other stuff. i guess we lucked out we do there shirts. lol you should work for my parents and print shirts haha dunno if theres any openings though. ill ask though. the tall american guy is one of the main peeps, and the short japanese girl is the other, she actually runs the store too.
hmm lol yeah it is kinda risky with my plan damn. wish there was a way!

Really? the lady runs the store? I saw the guy at the store... he was the one who told us we only had 8 minutes...lol, and he had walked out talking on the phone and had come back...lol. That place looks like so much fun... but we weren't sure we could go in till we asked him. They really should TELL us when open day is... it was on any of the doors or things either...
H!P shop people have to go back to work right after the thing too...lol.
Oh and the shop was a smaller room this time... it was the one at the end of the hall...which I guess they make it when its a smaller group.... but still... I got to be inside the shop! yay! take the smallest victories with pride!
Of all the things I don't want to risk...I don't want to risk your ability to go to these things... like if your bouncer friends coulda helped us thats one thing... but your fan-access is totally different.
One day we will be victorious!

Heh my friend was there till the end last time and it was enough that one of the girls remembered him... so ya... its progress... first get to know the workers at the store then the staff... then the pity attacks begin!...lol kidding.... but ya maybe next time I will... I'd be more into it if I had someone with me... I was so afraid of getting pushed away and prevented from being as close as I was that I just laid low most of the time.
NEXT TIME I plan to try harder.... well next time its someone I want to see... if December is people I don't know...then maybe not then....lol.
How was GAM dressed? That was the biggest question on my mind...cause I didn't get to see them at all.

Sounds like nice GAM outifts and ayaya's hair seems to be capable of being weird... I mean if it puffs wrong which is possible in hawaii humidity!

I need to make things and make myself memorable... my sn invis isn't just for kicks you know... I think people don't notice me unless I force myself to stand out.

yeah we had small chit chat, thanked me for coming again and thanks again for the painting. she had the oh ho ho look when she saw my tattoos, so it wasnt all that bad, lol still wondering if she was scared, surprised, or impressed im hoping she thought it was cool haha. i'll never forget the look on her face. :cool1:
shaking ayayas hand was cool too. she seems overtly happy lol but i guess shes high on life. she's really nice.
from my observations the gam fc peeps this time were much older compared to the last batch.

My observation was that they were more balanced out this time.... what I mean to say is that they weren't overly hyper or overly on edge... unlike last time they seemed to not look at me funny (The first time i tried to talk to a fc member was during the MM one and when they were in line at the store.... I used english and they looked at me like I was a demon). I didn't see the santa so I kinda thought they were mostly normal since they were mostly dressed in aloha wear if not their GAM or miki shirts (both the red MM variety and the Mikkity black). I also saw more females this time (though thats just cause the females weren't overrun by rabidly hyper male fans probably).
There was a guy in a white suit who was part of the tour who took a picture of the van he knew GAM was gonna be using.

Oh and a lot of people like smoking *cough cough*... I noticed that too when they got out of the concert and were hanging around.

yeah alot of them had there goodies in there bags, once they settled in i saw all the glow sticks and costumes come out lol, the usual stretching and warm ups. there was one middle aged guy decked out in aya's get up! rapper costume too red trucker hat and all. he was going off on the air guitar during the guitar part of the gam "amai yuuwaku" song. inside they were just as interactive as the morning musume concert lol. yeah more females were there definitly but not as much maybe like a whole 5 more from what i just saw.

I think Miki's english in amai yuuwaku is interesting... it sounds different compared to her english and I guess its practiced that way cause she sounded that way in this live performance as well as in the GAM first concert.
Ya know how that you mention it Ayaya does seem really cheery its a wonder she was sukeban deka so well...lol.
I'm listening to this radio thing that apparently happened on a radio station here but meant for japan/japanese people and ya... they seem so cheery... H!O is my savior cause I had no idea about this ><.

yeah miki messed up on one of there songs the fans just cheered lol dunno if you heard that part during the concert. overall they sounded pretty perfect.
lol the whole ayaya thing was great, just her hair, i couldnt help but stare at it in awe :wahaha:

hmm it looks like it but it was slightly different lol its hard to explain but it was cool then again i could be wrong and it could be the one, i was just in awe most of the time haha. yeah they were flirting somewhat everytime they would do something like that the fans would go crazy.

invis i refrenced her photobook while painting it lol i did the unthinkable and opened it up it was all sealed and mint prior to opening it. but i guess it went to a better cause haha.

anyway lol im still awestruck from the concert and meeting miki again. so i was inspired today and painted her. here's a sneak peak. i've decided should i get another oppurtunity again to meet her ill give her this painting. if not i'd just want her to autograph it lol but i definitly gotta hide this, gonna stash it in my parents shop tomorrow!

Nothing wrong with wanting to meet miki again... I think we all have a thirst for wanting to meet H!P people... I mean dude I went in the blazing sun to outside pipeline with hardly any shade and worry about being dragged away by the staff and I stood in the sun in an overshirt with a regular shirt underneath and no drink cause I drank it all walking from the NBC to pipeline.
So I didn't even meet them before just 20-30ft away with you guys between us.... ><
I swear I want to make a shirt to wear so I can just stand there without having to get the gutz to talk...lol

You know what your drawing style reminds me of? (and i do mean this as a compliment), It kinda reminds me of the old zelda cartoon. Not exactly like it but the vibe I get in the style is the same. Still better than me >< I've been staring at pictures for ages trying to see if I could feel them enough to try drawing them well (even with my poor drawing ability) and so far its been a crash.
I want to draw now... but homework... gah!

Honestly the concert part seemed a little short, so I'm guessing the talk part that they do at a different location and the Surprise part at gonna make up for that.

I expect the ISO to be shared... but it's kinda disheartening to see footage of fun and games happening RIGHT in your backyard. I mean, local fans know what I'm talkin' about (at least those who live in town). Ala Moana Park, Hawaii Prince, Beretania Times, Waikiki Shore hotel, Royal Hawaiian SC... They're right under our noses, I tell ya!

on a side note, there will be no fanclub tours in december like was planned. the peeps gave us a call and told us it was canceled till early spring. my suspicions are that the fc tour in december was supposed to be a maki fc tour, but with her suddenly graduating i guess not anymore.

In that picture with them doing hula...do any of your guys recognize where that is? It looks vaguely familiar but I don't think I've ever seen it at that angle.

I feel the need to vent my frustration at a perfectly missed opportunity...
I watched the GAM hawaii FC tour 07 rip that was provided on H!O....
And noticed on day 2 they are in a nice outdoor section doing group quiz acitivities with portable mic/speaker set up... seems reasonable that you'd be able to hear it from far away if necessary...
More importantly...
That place is within walking distance where I live! I mean there's a bike path right near there too...
So close and there...and I didn't have any clue it existed...
It's a kick in the pants that luck would be against me at such a time.
