Yet more proof that when you're dealing with the law vs money.....money wins most of the time.

Money?
I heard it was a mental problem and nobody in the instuition didn't want to deal with it anymore >_>
-
Uhm wow, just when we thought she would learn a lesson...and then...this...she even checked in early to prison...I bet after Sarah Silverman totally dissed her in the MTV Movie Awards lol
-
That's just ridiculous. If I was American I'd be pretty pissed off that my tax dollars are wasted on that. Her supposed prison diary, is going to be pretty short anyway. What was she out for, medical reasons? That's bullshit. If it's that serious, she should be in hospital, as it's ok to be at her home, it's good enough to be in jail. I hope the medical condition was a serious bitch slapping.
-
Actually our tax dollars are wasted no matter what happens. (There is a bigger current event thats wasting our tax dollars but I rather not get into that)
The mental thing was that she kept crying all night long and prob nobody around didn't want to take it anymore. And she's getting house arrest now.
-
What a joke.. Prison cannot take care of crying prisoner. Solitary confinement would suit her just fine.
-
i think she just fake it with the medical part.. and the doctor must have act along with her....
-
Wow. She went from being locked up in jail to being locked up in a mansion.
-
I reckon her fellow prisoners forced the prison to get rid of her, I mean, would you fancy being locked up 24/7 with her?
-
Dammit! >.<
-
FUCK.
there is no emoticon suitable enough to express my frustration.

Not to mention we owe the chinese billions of dollars because of this event >_>

Yay! Paris gets out of jail and must suffer House Arrest. She can inspire and provide hope to our mundane lives with her beauty.
-
This is such bullshit!
-
This is such bullshit!
I agree. She gets home confinement because of a medical problem? Whatever. Stick her ass back in jail.
-
bitch is getting away with this shit. she prolly cry all night long on purpose cuz she knows she might get kicked out for it.
-
yet another "CELEBRITY INJUSTICE!"
-
It got me thinkin, is Lil'Kim still in jail? i bet she pissed.
-
So I was flipping through the channels, and on Larry King they said that there's supposedly going to be a hearing tomorrow where the prosecution is going to move that she be thrown back in the slammer.

But apparently Larry King was also supposed to do a show on depression, which is actually kind of important (especially compared to this), and then since this happened... he focused his show on Paris.
I mean, what!?
-
i think its law vs sex!!! She probably blowjobbed her way to release XD!!!!!
-
Paper today says that this 'get out of jail in 3 days' card was agreed 3 weeks before she even went in. And I saw on TV that she had luxury groceries sent to her house. Her friend was quoted as saying "She's not doing so well". Like fuck she is. She's at a luxury home, with luxury groceries, with family and friends around her for support. She's probably laughing herself silly.
-
Was she going to go out and assault or kill someone?
Did she pose a present danger to society?
Is she going to disappear and never be seen again?
If the answer to all those questions is no, then she shouldn't have gone to prison in the first place.
Prison is completely useless for anything except isolating prisoners from the general public. I think there needs to be rehabilitation, but prison is counter-productive in all but the most extreme cases.

Agree with this, maybe it's completely stupid that she was out because 3days but it seems that she doesn't make something which deserves 45days in jail.
Well i'm not a fan of her anyway, i don't care if she's out or in :P
-
Did she pose a present danger to society?
Driving behind a wheel drunk, as she was convicted of, could kill innocent pedestrians or other motorists.
-
^ agreed.
And some people, a hefty fine can work well as a deterrent, but for people that are filthy rich such as herself, that shit just doesn't work, so jail is a great option... Well, it might be if she actually done the time..
-

Not while she's in house arrest though... The punishment should try to work to get her to not drive drunk. Jail is a horribly inefficient way of doing this. It's also a matter of allocating resources.
You have 3 people who committed crimes:
1) A child molester
2) A drug-dealer convicted of murder
3) Paris Hilton
You have 2 jail cells. Which two do you imprison?

The first two would be sent to a prison, not a jail. And jail is a much better at not getting her to drive drunk than house arrest is, especially in her mansion with all the luxuries in the world.

Hang the first 2, then Hilton can have her choice in cells.

Paris Hilton and the drug-dealer. The child molester I deal with him myself.
But that's not the point. The point here is that:
1 - She committed a crime
2 - She was sentenced according to law
3 - She got out early because she's rich.
So next time americans go around the world telling everybody what their justice system should be, please take a look at yourselves first.

Paris has been ordered to go back to jail by the judge.

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for at least 5 days already served.
Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was also heard saying "It's not right."
One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.
Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.
A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.
-
this is bullsh*t if she gets away this easy. Her court trial is today, i hope they send her back in.

LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying today seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case. (http://www.mercurynews.com/ci_6093970)
-
Fucking hilarious!
-
yeah just heard bout that. I feel sry for her but hey! she didnt listen
-
This sure made my day! 8)
-
the judge make the right decision.... way to go....
this show.... money can't buy you happiness..... wahah...
at least for the next 40 to 45 days...
-
:frustrated: Sorry Paris. Heard she cried for her mom. :on lol:
-
Yesterday, I was pretty mad when I'd heard she got out. But after having slept on it, and hearing the news now, I can't help but feel kind of bad.
Sure the judge gave her her sentence, and after that, it should be served out. But, I dunno. Seeing her so broken down, it's already obvious that she's learned her lesson. And that was kind of the whole point of this thing, to make her learn her lesson about drinking while driving, and making as many mistakes she has.
With more thought on the subject, I don't think I would mind if she went to pay-jail, or even had house arrest. I mean, as some others have said, this is an awfully cruel sentence, for just a traffic violation. Yeah yeah, there's that whole arguement that she could have killed someone while driving drunk, but she hasn't.
I dunno. But eh, I just figure, that she's already broken down you know. I may hate Paris with every fiber of my being, but enough is enough. (I probably just have a soft-spot for crying people) She knows she shouldn't be driving drunk already, and when it comes to that sentence, I would not mind if she were under house arrest.
When it comes to bribing the justice system, and getting out early just because you're filthy rich though, for that she and whoever else is involved, should be thoroughly punished.
-
-
I think throw her into the male prison is more "fun" XD

AHAHA! :mon lmao:
That picture is priceless. Thanks for the good laugh.
-
Could they lock her up for a few extra years so I don't have to read about her?
That'd be swell.
seriously I'm just tired of hearing shit about her.
There are several more issues I'd rather see in the news.
If you seriously hate the girl because she's stupid and rich, just get over it. She can't be affecting your life enough to warrant the hate. Let the bitch be and get back to your life.

I don't think the type of crime committed is at issue here. When you commit a crime, you get punished for it, that's the law. Paris Hilton thinks the law doesn't apply to her, and is trying to use money and her 'fame' to get out of it. That's what's annoying me. I think the whole fascination with this case is the fact that for us 'mere mortals' we love to see celebrities fall from grace.
It's good to see her locked away again. The screaming, crying, sounds like it came straight out of a soap opera. :D Like SITS said, I myself don't want to see her plastered over the front page of newspapers just because she's having a fashion disaster or whatever. That's not news, nor should it ever be. At least for 45 days we shouldn't hear anymore about her. A couple more years would do nicely. :on lol:
-
lol she got sent back in hahahah
theres your simple life >.<

Paris Hilton will be freed on Tuesday after serving 23 days of her original 45-day prison sentence. (http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/a62442/hilton-to-be-freed-on-tuesday.html)
Guys if any of you go to jail, find a media outlet and talk about how you've 'found God'. You'll get out before you know it! I imagine she'll get out, preach a bit more, maybe about wanting to find her place in life and using her celebrity status to help others (How? Spreading STD's?) and she'll eventually go back to her old ways. *sigh*
-
Tufty, you old cynic you! lol
Probably right though

blowjobs... lots of them... :-X

Thank god she's out, I don't want people's tax dollars making sure she's being taken care of in prison...
