I admit, I never watched it cuz I was too poor to get cable, or buy the DVDs...but it's a cultural phenomenon.

I'm hearing they gonna make a movie, that's what was up with the ending.

The ending was crazy intense, and it could not have ended better than it did..
Loved it.. (yay)

Didn't watch. I saw most of the first two seasons on DVD but never felt compelled to invest a lot of time and (more importantly) money in the series.
My mom enjoys the show so I just downloaded the final ten or so episodes for her to watch all at once.
I'm so out of it that I didn't even recognize the spoilers I came across...

A lot of people are pissed off about the ending, but I actually liked it. It was kind of appropriate, considering what kind of story they've been telling for the last eight years. Without dropping spoilers, I'll just say that it seems perfectly obvious what happened...I think people are only mad because they wanted all the gory details.
I dunno about a movie, it's possible but the star (wtf is his name, I'm too lazy to look it up) has been wanting to leave the show for years and only stuck around for contractual obligations. With enough cash though they might be able to entice him back for a follow-up.

That's just it though... It's NOT obvious what happens, which is what made it so great, and I think the exact opposite of what you do... :lol:
