Title: China jails officials for letting blind contractor build bridge

Two Chinese officials have been tossed into jail for hiring a blind contractor to build a bridge which collapsed during construction, Xinhua reports. Twelve people were injured in the collapse. (http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/870662.html)

How can a blind man build a bridge? -__-|| He'd have to have some magical powers if it didn't collapse XP
