Title: Landlord Sues Restaurateurs Over Ghosts

If the landlord had told them upfront about the "ghosts", and they still signed the deal, that's stupidity on their part.  However, it sounds like they didn't find out about the "ghosts" until after the deal was signed, apparently from the guys they hired to fix up the joint.

They should've just taken the exorcism that the landlord offered.His religious beliefs say he's to avoid contact with ghosts...well NEWFLASH DUMBASS!!!  THAT'S WHAT AN EXORCISM IS FOR!!!  You do them to get rid of ghosts so that you DO NOT have to be in contact with them.  An exorcism banishes them from the premesis.  YOUR PROBLEMS would have been solved!!!
