I'm a practicing Buddhist, but so far I haven't needed skulls for anything. Maybe I'm not doing it right?  :?

I'm a Buddhist too. I guess the bones are used only on those monasteries in Bhutan. Anyway, the title is misleading, all the monks are allegedly doing is buy the bones, maybe without knowing where they come from. The title makes it look as if the monks are the ones doing the smuggling.
