An applicant to the Massachusetts bar exam says he failed the exam due to a question on gay marriage and gay parenting that he did not answer. Now he’s suing the exam’s administrators and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. (http://www.edgeboston.com/index.php?ch=news&sc=glbt&sc2=news&sc3=&id=21521)

Now if only he had studied better for those questions that he got wrong, we wouldn't be talking about this.

Why didn't he answer questions on gay marriage? Then he can sue the test maker after finish the test. This guy doesn't know causality and appropriateness. I would flunk him too.
