Can you believe I haven't been on Chichen Itzá and I live so damn close? XD
Anyways, Macchu Picchu is really cool, I'm glad is there too :3
I personally want to go to the Great Wall too

Ahh Candi Borobudur (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borobudur) is not listed.
I have only been to Great Wall. Never been outside of Asia.
-
Since UNESCO doesn't care it's just the "unofficial new 7 wonders"....

Hell, the original Pyramids. Democracy in 2000BC FTW.

hahaha... The Pyramid of Giza is already selected as one of the wonders because of the following reasons:
1) It was already part of the old 7 wonders, and
2) Because the Egypt government councils were arguing the above point, The Pyramid was automatically selected
Anyway I was expecting that The Acropolis would be one of the 7 wonders, but well... it lost.
So I better should go visit the "8 Wonders" as I have never seen any of them before (I'm poor, no money to travel)
XD

The perfect wall at Machu Picchu is definitely a wonder. How the heck did they do that?

Nazis in ufos from the Moon base of the future helped them!
Seriously I think this was kinda stupid vote, no one of the voters has seen all the candidates. Now the sites that already had some name got picked. Well it's not it matters or anything.

wtf, Rika's ass didn't make the list!

Strange list..
Imo the two most worthy ones are:
The Great Wall, China
Macchu Picchu, Peru
Overrated:
The Colosseum, Rome, Italy
Statue of the Christ Redeemer, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Chichen Itzá was made a wonder because of his structure. Is a very straight pyramid and they made it without a rule!!! LOL.
My dad was there years ago, and he said it was so wonderful. Probably it was made on 1000 or 900, but holy shit is really huge. If I go there in this break, I'll take lots of pics

Yeah!!!!! Chichen itza and Great Wall i don live in china but i like the wall :w00t:
