A 38-year-old man was arrested after he called 911 and told a dispatcher he was surrounded by police officers and needed help, authorities said. (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19795748/)

Funny thing people do when they are drunk. Without call 911, he could have gone home already.  Man, officer in Largo has no sense of humor, they should just left him there.

Is that really misuse of 911? He thought he was in trouble so he dialed 911. :lol:

Sorta like the people who call for help when they're "locked" inside their car XD Except this guy has a reason for acting stupid.

Lol.... I never knew one could be fined for playing around with 911 :)...  Yeah, but seriously this guy didn't call for a prank, right? I pity him...
