Title: Floating 'condom' promotes safe sex

CONCERT-GOERS at a Dutch festival have been treated to an unusual sight: a hot air balloon 40 metres high, shaped like a condom, drifting across the sky.

The balloon, with the words "Vrij Veilig" — Dutch for "Safe Sex" — emblazoned on it, was launched by the public health service at the festival in Lichtenvoordein. (http://www.theage.com.au/news/world/floating-condom-promotes-safe-sex/2007/07/28/1185339319542.html)

heyhey!, the picture looks so fake, if anyone of you didn't notice, especially the background of the clouds and the sky. Totally Fake.

In Holland we currently have a 'Dutch' summer (finally!) where there are rainclouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (5Km) and high blowing winds in the upper part (10Km) so that is a very normal looking Dutch sky :)

I love how, becuase of this topic that 'safe sex' were the first words I have ever learned in Dutch. XD

it still don't think it gonna work .... I was thinking  "no one there ever saw a condom before ?!"
