Police chiefs in the Thai capital, Bangkok, have come up with a new way of punishing officers who break the rules - an eye-catching Hello Kitty armband (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-pacific/6932801.stm)

I wonder....would it be easier to catch the criminal if he/she is laughing so hard it hurts? If so, HELLo Kitty outifits would be best then wouldn't it...
