Mostly out of curiosity. I only have a Wii myself. I'm considering a 360 once the price goes down, but most of the games for it aren't in genres I like.
Oct-Dec is going to be a busy time for the Wii, so I won't be lacking for games to play anyway.

None at the minute. My PS2 is currently keeping me more than occupied with FFXII, Shin Megami Tensei : Digital Devil Saga, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, God Of War II, Okami and Pro Evolution Soccer 6. I intend to get one, which one remains to be seen, but only when certain games have been released or possible price drop.
-
NONE!
though I sorta want them all XD
-
None :) My PS2 is all I need for at least the next year. Then when it gets cheaper --> PS3.
-
well i have a ps3 but i heard 360 is having a price drop as well
-
None. I will wait for more games and lover price of PS3.
Still have a lot of game i wanna play on PS2, and i'm still playing FFT, VS on my old PSX.

I have a Wii, but I don't consider it next-gen...
I'm getting a 360 sometime this year...they have a pricedrop and are putting out new consoles that address its current issues. There's so many games to look forward to this year on the 360.
Only game I'm looking forward to on the ps3 is Metal Gear Solid 4, and thats not out til next year. Heavenly Sword looks nice though.

I'm considering buying Xbox 360 because I can buy a HD/VGA cable and play it on my computer monitor. I'm wondering if PS3 can do the same thing?
-
i currently owned the Wii, just got it about a week, but haven't had time to play that much, but when i did, it was fun. i bought 3 games that came with it, but didn't get to play any of them, just the Wii sports. other than that, i'm also planning to buy the ps3 once the price drops just a little more. $499 is just still pricey for me rite now...
i have nothing against XBox, and they do have some awesome games, it just I'm not too crazy about X-BOX 360.
btw, i know both XBOX 360 and PS3 have those built-in hard drive, but i wonder if it's swappable, u know like if u bought a 20GB but want to update to a newer 60GB or 80GB, is that possible? or do u have to buy a new unit?

I'm not sure about the 360, but I know for a fact you can change the hard drive on the PS3 to any other laptop size hard drives you want since it uses the same 2.5" size. (I believe the manual shows you how to do it too) It looks really easy to do: http://youtube.com/watch?v=BkM9wiZePfs
Best of all it does not void the warranty.

The Wii.. got it a few months ago and hardly touched it. :/
-
None.. nds games are enough for though, unless someone dropped their thick wallet XD
-
Definitely a Wii.
Nothing interests me on the 360... and the PS3 is too expensive and I'd probably only play Final Fantasy on it anyway. Plus, with talks of Guitar Hero and DDR for the Wii, I'm pretty sure I'm set for awhile. :D

I have X-BOX 360 :)

Both of those are on my to-get list as well. I've finished Bioshock and Orange Box, so I'm in the mood for new games.
-
None of the above. Newest console system I have is a N64 with 3 games. PC gaming has been all the gaming I could ever need for many years
-
All I have is my playstation and xbox.
Really don't use them much, and I wish I could run pc games, but no chance, unless they're not heavy type graphics games with a whole of stuff going on at once.
-
None yet. I'm already too busy with:
PS2 (Soul Nomad and The World Eaters, Spidey Friend or Foe, SMT Persona 3, DBZ Sparking Meteor)
PSP (FF1, FF2, FFT War of Lions)
NDS (FF3)
It shows that I'm already darn happy with what I've got in RPG goodness. :D
Problem is none of the games out right now on next-gen are that attractive.. (Resident Evil UC was just that close...).
So think I'll only switch if MGS4 or FF13 comes out.
-
None, but if I do get any it will be the PS3. I don't really like the Wii and the XBox doesn't have enough games I'm interested in to justify buying it.
-
My Wii gets me off my butt to move around. Much better than sitting all day, every day. I love it.
-
ps3
for the sake of Final Fantasy and the goodness of Japanese RPG. yup (actually i bought it because of Gundam Musou)
-
I have both a Wii and Xbox 360 but rarely play with either lol.
-
 cool looks like im the first one who got all of them
but sincere said i open only pc now haha Dota and world of warcraft
-
Which one are you using most gantz?

I fully agree with you there. Got my PS3 last weekend mainly because I got HP5 on Blu-ray and wanted to watch it already, but I knew I'd be getting it once FFXIII released.
-
I own a wii although I rarely play it. My roomates have an xbox360 and ps3 and play my wii more than I do. I actually have a couple of brand new wii's right now, trying to sell em though. :D

Even though this was posted awhile back, the 360 does have a swappable drive. I don't understand the "buy a new unit" part though
-
I really just have a psp , xbox, and gamecube. My ps2 broke right when I just got a new game too. :(
The xbox is pretty boring; The gamecube only has like one game I play.
-
ps3 has a swappable hard drive, and its easy too. i swapped my 60gb with a 200gb one when i bought my ps3
