There is some disturbing news. Several shopping sites have removed the pages for this single. Among them Tower Records and Neowing. It looks like there will be no single (for awhile).

^ even on that site pre-order is not possible. It says "こちらの商品は予約終了またはメーカーにて品切れ、生産中止などの理由によりご注文をお受けできません。"  at the pages for both editions (Reservation end, the reason is absence of stock at the manufacturer, or production discontinuance, etc.)

Apparently, this "new single" is just a rumour (no official word from UFA about it and such) and there was a case of miscommunication so the websites took down the 'single' from their pages.

If there's any word about this otherwise, then I'll re-open the thread.

For now, closing.
