A 21-year-old U.S. Marine has been arrested by Okinawa Prefectural Police on suspicion of injuring an 80-year-old woman, police said Saturday. (http://www.japantoday.com/e/?content=news&cat=2&id=349680)

Witnesses, and a blood-alcohol reading.  If those show he did it, stick
him in the brig I say.
