Permanent fix for temporary problem. Better read about G-spot book and exercise the muscles.

Thats society nowadays, wanting that "quick fix", usually entailing surgery of some sort.
Surgery, just like anything else, can easily become an addiction, and there have definitely been people who have become addicted to plastic surgery.

They makes their choices, they gotta deal with the consequences.

I guess pain for pleasure does work for some people. It's a matter of choice :O.
