Title: Don't work, have sex, says Russian governor

The governor of a central Russian province urged couples to skip work on Wednesday and make love instead. And if a woman gives birth in exactly nine months time -- on Russia's national day on June 12 -- she will qualify for a prize. What can you say, "You want to win a house? Then go have sex and make sure the baby is born on right day."
Talk about incentive to win.

"Let's do it, honey, and maybe we'll win big." :P
