Title: Buffet Worker Stomps Garlic With Boots
Post by: Foxy Brown on September 13, 2007, 11:57:17 PM
Stomping on garlic with your shoes on is apparently not the correct way to prepare food. The Rockland County health department hit the Great China Buffet restaurant with two violations after someone took pictures of an employee stomping on a bowl of garlic with his boots in an alley. The man alerted health inspectors (http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5jsdWkcVut0MAExGmzo--wdiaQ61w)

Gag a million times over.  :barf:

Thats why I usually prefer making my own food at home, far better all around and I always know whats going in it, and how its being prepared.

Very bad indeed, but I can't help but laugh imagining the guy doing that.

It ain't that bad, when they cook the garlic the germs will fry away~

Kinda like them old ladies with bunions stomping on grapes with their bare feet in Italy to make wine
