Title: Karnataka to ban mobiles for children below 16 years of age

It'll be interesting to see how they plan on enforcing this.

Bangalore, Sep 12 (IANS) Karnataka will ban use of cell phone by children less than 16 years of age.  (http://in.news.yahoo.com/070912/43/6ko2s.html)

Yeah, good luck with enforcing this law.
Cels are good, especially in a pinch, or emergencies.

Are there any proofs that it affects their health or is the myth about cell phones causing cancer still alive?
