Title: 'Jurassic Park' dino had feathers: study
Post by: chokkan 2 on September 27, 2007, 02:44:36 AM
The velociraptor, the fierce scaly-skinned dinosaur made popular by the film "Jurassic Park," actually had feathers, according to a study published Thursday in the journal Science.

Scientists have long been aware that many dinosaurs had feathers, but scientists who made a fresh examination of a collection of velociraptor bones found indications of quill knobs where feathers may have been anchored. Yea, I've seen enough shows that have suggested at this, dinos having feathers, since its what scientists have been saying that birds are the descendants of dinos.
