President Hugo Chavez railed against a new trend in beauty-conscious Venezuela, giving girls breast implants for their 15th birthday. "Now some people think, 'My daughter's turning 15, let's give her breast enlargements.' That's horrible. It's the ultimate degeneration," Chavez said late on Sunday on his weekly TV show that lasted a record eight hours. Ok, IMHO, breast implants for 15 y.o. girls does sound inherently wrong.
Mind you, I'm not agreeing with Chavez in any way, shape, or form.
Someone should just knock the ugly fucker the fuck out, he's an eyesore.

This is redic, since your breasts keep on growing until you get to 25. Idk why these people just can't wait till they bloom, or wait till things need a tune up before going in and 'fixing' them.

Are people actually listening to this @#@@$%$ Chavez? I don't agree with 15 years old girls having breast implants, but calling it a degeneration, specially after his own daughter had breast implants and a nose job last year.... The guy is a clown.
