When a 4-year-old is caught on tape snatching a purse, is it a childish act or a coached crime?

Police in New Jersey say they have a videotape that suggests a toddler was coached to steal.  (http://www.abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=3658958)

Absolutely reprehensible, using his own kid to steal for him.
That sorry ass shit for brains is a definite example of a poor parent with no morals or common sense whatsoever.
