Baltimore County police say a 45-year-old Baltimore man was hit by a train and killed as he sat on a lawnchair on the tracks. (http://wbal.com/news/story.asp?articleid=63467)

Whoa, now could this be considered just so damn foolish, I mean, how the hell could he not hear the train coming.
Surely there must've been a better spot he could've put the chair, instead of on the tracks, thats just asking to be run down.
