Title: THIS is how you catch a criminal!!!

Is it gruesome? Yes.  But the public needs to be made aware of who criminals like this are and more importantly, what they look like so that if they spot them somewhere, they can safely avoid them, and more importantly, contact police so they can be caught.  Posters?  I say BILLBOARDS!!!

Haha, yeah. Gruesome murders like these should be paid with the utmost attention.
