and since i just read the entry on miyabi's face (lol) from the blog linked in yumestarlet's post and this page opens with a discussion of potential miya skyandorus, the response i would post there but post here instead:
she does not have textbook-cute features (really stands out in buono, what with her company), but i don't really think she's that odd-looking. kinda handsome but not terribly weird. and good-looking by most objective standards.
anyway, i totally think there's something in your theory! do not be disheartened by the less-than-ideal findings of your test, because we must remember that konno obaa-san will probably still look cuter and more innocent than miyabi at 13. imo she does not really look numerically older than the others, but her features are associated with personality traits that are less child-like. strong nose, thinner lips, lean face... altogether 'meaner' (and less 'innocent')than huge eyes, curly lips and pinchable cheeks. doesn't help that she has a bit of a mean streak too.
As for that gossipy yossi/ miki conversation, it's quite funny. takahashi <3

I've still been listening to this song, and Airi's solo seems to bother me. The other two sounds awesome, and I love Momoko's "deeper" voice, but Airi just kinda made me cringe a bit for some reason. It's not bad. I think it's just the notes and her voice together... Who knows!

i listened to the full rip on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1VqLgF7zn0) and I like it!
definitely better than honto no jibun imo.
the verses are great! the chorus may be a bit boring (and i think miyabi/ airi combination has this tendency to drone a little), but it really fits for an anime ending theme... some great lines too, lyricswise! plus, when the guitars kick in, it's all forgiven. an HQ version of this song will be great.
when i heard the preview, i wasn't sure who sang the "my heart' line. i thought it might be momoko, but for some reason didn't believe her diction (even in english) would be poor. My heart = maiha = wrong
now it turns out that the first 'my heart' is done by airi. in the acoustic part of the full rip, momoko does the 'my heart' and her pronunciation is spot on! she sings the entire line splendiferously as well.

I will admit I was not really interested in Buono as none of the girls involved were of THAT much interest to me.
However... this video is SO full of win. Like it's been said, it's cheap... but it's still interesting, and still really cute. The song isn't too shabby either.

There are three members in the group Buono!, but my favourite is Momoko. "Why?", you may ask me. Let me tell you why.
In the first video named "Hontou no Jibun", Momoko falls asleep in class. The other girls make fun of her, but later she is still good friends with them.
In the second video named "Renai <3 Rider", Airi is trying to catch up with Miyabi on her motorcycle. Momoko is riding a tricycle. She does not bother with them and is having fun. She has a very funny way of running which makes me laugh. Afterwards, she plays the ukulele, which I like because it reminds me of the song "Ukulele Lady".
Also, I think she has a very good voice.
gosh don't you think kids might just write essays like this and create a whole new fanbase for H!P??? I think buono can totally do it.
At a time when two huge companies, Microsoft and Sony, are waging a brand war...... Nintendo has no interest in such woolly-headed marketing speak. I like their first two songs but this single is something else. Both songs in Renai Rider are A-side caliber. It's such a shame, since it would have been awesome if Jyanakya Mottainai had a PV too. :rockon:
It might be too early, but Buono! is the real "ACE" group IMO. I hope I'm sure their upcoming album will be packed with good songs. Buono!<3 :pimp:

Renai Rider PV was very funny XD! I laugh really hard when i saw that Momo has a tricycle, then she starts running and finally finished first XD .. Miya finished third when she was first ._. :doh:
PV was a bit cheap, but is good and cute. But I prefer Honto no Jibun's PV :roll:

but it's not really buono selling bad on the second day, it's more like the others selling much better :P
Also I've heard that in some shops CDs are often sold out on the first day, so there is some kind of a sales limit on the first days :O
I guess they'll move up a few ranks tomorrow... let's see if I am right :ph43r:

yh often sales are pushed up at the weekend when more people are able to get to stores too.
(i think)Often H!P acts sell a lot more on the first day than the second because lots of their fans(the wota's) will pre-order their 10 copies to make sure they get them..hence them all couting on the first day.
Also i wonce read that not all stores send their rankings in each day and send them in at the weekend only

Honto no Jibun didn't have much competition. Now this single has it. Plus the album is right at the corner. Anyway the single is worth it. A-side and b-side rock, and they both come with instrumentals. Man, I'm so glad UFA can't spoil Buono. Pony Canyon ftw.

Haven't listened to anything new from H!P since like mid '07.
Went throught some of the singles I've missed and this is probably my favorite(It's the only song I liked lol). It's a really great song. Really liked the different styles they put in. Most creative song to come out of H!P in a couple years imo.

I think this song has more hit potential than honto no jibun
it's just released in a crowded week.
if you look at oricon, some weekly champions were hardly impressive in terms of sales. Renai Rider could have been a number one earlier in the year.

^ you should watch the single V tama. Momo has more airtime in there than the Honto no Jibun making of.
There's a scene there where the three of them were riding Momo's bike and you can hear Momo saying "itaii, itaii!" Crazy girls. :lol:

This is the best single singles release by H!P kids. it's amazing. This is like a elite unit out of H!P kids. and their popularity are really proving that.
just hope that they do more than anime work and stays strong in the near future.
