Title: Terror police 'shot' man in coma

Sigh. Someone in Vancouver just died from being tasered.

I'm pretty pro law and order, but this sort of thing is happening way to frequently these days.

I don't actually want to read the full story for this one so I'm not clicking the link...I don't want to ruin the image I currently have in my head.
