Title: British teacher charged over teddy bear 'insult'

British embassy officials are trying to secure the release of a British primary school teacher detained and facing 40 lashes in Sudan for allowing her students to name a teddy bear Mohammed.

She was convicted of inciting hatred of religion and sentenced to 15 days in prison and deportation.  Gotta love love the concept of Religion & law combined!
