Workers found a piece of a wing from a passenger jet on the runway at Indonesia's main airport and investigators are trying to determine which plane it fell from, officials said Wednesday. (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22112624/)

^That always happens here In Indonesia. companies are trying to cut costs through dangerous means like reducing maintenance budget, so these things happen :(

even the runway isn't that nicely maintained, if I'm not mistaken :(

^ They must have tought: less weight is less fuel needed to fly :)

or maybe they thought that less wind = less drag = more aerodynamic? :stunned:
