Wow, I just happened to be watching some late night coverage on the Grand Prix for this year, and Korpi won the first medal in this series in her career, with a silver medal beating out Joannie Rochette! That's a big deal up here in Canadaland.  Congrats to Kiira Korpi, hope she can make a splash this year!
