It's not H!M 281 - 2005.10.16, this episode features Def Diva, but doesn't appear to have above shot in it..
This is a pretty useless post haha :lol:

Actually, on further inspection, it's NOT utaban, so I don't know what it is. Also, my video of said Utaban episode is corrupted. :(
